Hi everyone,
The SGSO Network is thrilled to be launching our SGSO Network Mentorship Program! This program will pair experienced school garden leaders with emerging professionals for a year of personalized coaching.
How Does the Program Work?
Mentors will be paired with 2 mentees to create a huddle. Every quarter, huddles will be required to schedule and attend 3 types of calls:
Cohort Calls: whole cohort calls dedicated to differentiated training for mentors and mentees. These calls are scheduled by the SGSO Network.
Huddle Calls: Calls between mentors and both of their mentees with the goal of peer learning while working through challenges as a group.
Individual Mentee Calls: 1-on-1 calls between mentors and their mentees. These calls focus on mentee’s personal interests and areas of growth as identified with their mentors.’
