I know I do. For the first time, the FBE network is doing a survey to learn about compensation in the non-profit FBE world. If you're both a farm and a 501c3, please email Denise below to be given the link to the survey! A survey of the field is a first step toward understanding (and hopefully improving!) compensation in this oh-so-important sphere.

Farm-Based Education Network Seeks Compensation Survey Respondents 

The survey is intended to provide key information on the topic of Compensation and Benefits for farm-based organizations. Respondents should be 501C3s and must be able to complete the survey by 1/31.  The Compensation portion of the survey is focused on roles commonly found across the Farm Education field. To participate, email Denise Garn, dgar...@gmail.com by 1/25 to ensure you have enough time to complete it. After seeing it, if you decide you don't have enough comparable positions to what they're asking about, you can let her know. The highest degree of confidentiality will be maintained. Thank you!
