Free plants for pollinator gardens in CA

Hi everyone,

The Xerces Society Habitat Kit program offers free native plants for people creating pollinator habitat in California.  Every year, we are able to provide Habitat Kits to many schools across the state (over 50 last year).

You can find more about the program on our webpage.  To request kits, you'll need to fill out the project proposal form.  Project proposals are due April 10.

The plants will be ready to pick up in Oct or Dec, depending on which part of the state you're in.  Kit recipients are required to fill out a planting notification form, once the plants have been planted, and a short final report due next summer.
