Hello School Garden enthusiasts,
We had a wonderful School Garden Mentorship workshop last week on Spring Harvests and Celebrations featuring Shauna Anderson (Galiano Island Community School – SD 64). Shauna inspired us with stories about Nettle Fest, recipes for garlic scape humus and tips for coordinating whole school harvest events.
For those of you who were unable to attend or wish to revisit the information shared, we are happy to provide you with access to the recording, presentation slides, and key resources discussed during the session. We also upload every month to the SGM Program Library.

Thank you once again for your interest and active participation in cultivating a vibrant school garden movement that extends across your school district. The next SGM workshop is on Tuesday, September 17th from 3:30 - 4:30 pm PDT. Sign up to learn more about Harvesting and Seed Saving.
Happy summer days!
