Like X-Bit, this is also my first time connecting something from WP to
Facebook and have the same question. The site I'm working with is
http://blog.myfavoritekitchen.com. I've used WPBook to get the blog
posts replicated on the Facebook Page http://www.facebook.com/pages/My-Favorite-Kitchen/228638638487
I don't want it as a little box in the left navigation, nor do I need
it on its own tab. I want the blog posts to show up on the Wall! Is
that possible with WPBook? I can do what I want by subscribing to the
RSS feed using Facebook Notes (as you cann on that Facebook Wall
currently), but that's not ideal.

The scholar-press dev list is fairly quiet - asking me directly from my blog or via the WordPress support forums is likely a faster way to get a response.
In the email you responded to was a question back to the person looking for support, who never answered it - we can't help people who throw in a question but then don't hang around for the follow up.

What you are trying to do is not possible in the current release of WPBook. It is a frequently requested feature and is on the roadmap, but I haven't had time to develop it yet.

Agreed. You can also use the Simplaris Blogcast Facebook Application (search on Blogcast in Facebook) which will import blog posts to your wall, but it is also less than ideal.
