Management of ScholarPress Dev posts

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to inform the list that, because of the inability of
Google Groups to filter out spam, we're going to start holding posts
by first-time posters in moderation. This will mean that, for new
members, your message may not show up for a few hours, depending on
when me or Dave see the message and approve it. We'll try to be quick
about approving valid posts. If you've already successfully posted a
message to this list, your message won't be moderated. I hope this
will help prevent spam on this list from reaching your inbox.

Thanks for the update Jeremy, It's unfortunate that it has come to
this but because of the amount of spam I also get from the group I see
how this has become necessary.
