Removing all of ScholarPress

Hello. I've installed ScholarPress on my WP MU site but it wasn't
quite what I was looking for as my students will be adding several
classes to thier blogs. I tried to remove ScolarPress but it left the
pages and links in my navigation bar. How do you remove all of
ScholarPress?

ScholarPress Courseware creates static pages to display the
bibliography and schedule portions. to get rid of them entirely, you
can log into your admin, go to your Pages tab, and delete those
respective pages.

In a future version we're not going to forgo creating those static
pages, and instead use some template files internal to the plugin.
That way, when you uninstall the plugin, you don't have to delete
those pages.
