Hi,

I get this error when I try to add a schedule:

Failure: Try again? SELECT scheduleID FROM wp_schedule WHERE
schedule_title = 'Another test' and schedule_date = '' and
schedule_description = 'Testing desc.'

If I try again, it works.

However, assignments don't show on the schedule page. Neither am I
presented any of the options for reading, creative, etc. Just a
assignment name, biblio and description fields.

I am using WP 2.8. Is this a compatibility prob?

It may be a compatibility problem. I'm working on upgrading courseware
for 2.8, and will add thus to the list of things to check.

Did you already have the plugin installed on an older version of
wordpress and upgrade, or install on 2.8 from scratch?

I am having similar problems. I have spoken with Zack, one of the developers, and he said there are compatibility problems that the developers are working on.

I installed both WP 2.8 and SP Courseware from scratch. Anyway, glad
to hear there is an update coming!

Anna:

Looking at your the Failure message, it seems that you didn't add a
schedule date. Did you add a date before submitting the form? If not,
try doing that and see if you get the error. The only way I can
reproduce your Failure message is if I forget to add a date before
submitting.

One thing I'm working on now is improving the form interface for
adding dates, to make it a bit more intiutive. Currently, you either
have to pick a date from the calendar, or enter it directly using YYYY-
MM-DD format (so 2009-08-24). Then, you have to enter start and end
times using 24-hour time. For the next release I'm going to change the
way users enter start and end times. If you have suggestions for this,
do let me know.
