Dear competitors,

The intent of this contest has been to spur the writing and publication of review articles in computational neuroscience, and to make these reviews freely available to the general public. In this (admittedly non-scientific) experiment we are aiming to discover how to best conduct such competitions.

So, as provided for in the contest rules, we are extending the deadline of the competition five months, to June 30th, to allow time for others to submit entries. The contest deadline will not be extended any further beyond this point.

Hello,

I'd like to know if it's possible to get at least one week more to finish with our article. It has not been reviewed yet.

Thanks a lot,

Paula

Hi,

Yes, thank you for asking. Anyone needing a deadline extension (for the article, not the contest) can request it and it will be granted.

Please ask, if possible, before the article deadline, however.

Is there any chance that the contest deadline be extended again? Will there be another iteration of this contest in the future?

Hi Gabrielle,

No, we do not expect that the deadline will be extended again. Also, we don't currently have specific plans for another competition.

Hi,

Would someone extend the deadline on the article "Border-ownership coding" (http://www.scholarpedia.org/article/Border-ownership_coding) by a week?

Thanks!
Jonathan
