My paper was showin in google scholar then has been removed

Dear Fil, 

I used to have a paper that is showing in google scholar and then the paper has been removed from my profile and when I search for it sing the scholar search engine it did not show up. However the paper is still available on the journal web. Any Ideas why this is happening. 

By the way this happened two times in the last two months for the same paper. It showed, then removed then showed and now it is removed.
