Hi,

I noticed many of the citations of my journals are missing. Although, all my own journals and the references of these citing journals are cross-linked to the PubMed.  These missing citations is affecting my h-index and i-10 index.
As far as I know Goggle Scholar uses some logarithmic system to update the citations and there's nothing that I can do myself. But I believe the system needs to be improved somehow. Because now a days h-index is am important criteria, especially when some one is in Academic profession.
