Medical and FEP Travel Reimbursements

Hi All !!

Its been a long time but finally I have received the full amount of travel reimbursement.

So, all are requested to fill the spreadsheet in the link by Today Midnight positively !! I need to pay up everyone asap and get it done with.

Please don't fill random amounts, try to remember or ask your trip mates about how much you payed and fill in the amount.

Guys, I want to give you all your money tomorrow after the evening exam.

I request you to check your amounts again.

Important Points:

1. Please only enter Cal-kgp and kgp-cal taxi amounts and nothing apart from that (auto or food). Only the cab travel has been reimbursed.

2. Mumbai Ahd Return - Phani, Chekuri and Ishita - Someone is making a mistake, your return bill cannot exceed 3100-3200 bucks (with AC) or 2800 (without AC). your current sum is 3880 !! Please make changes

3. Barmer Return - One or 2 amongst us 6 did not pay for the return trip as i remember paying more than my own share (around 800 ). This means, the rest 3-4 had payed max. 2000 types I guess. Please confirm this.

4. Gautam Siddhartha - Please fill the form if you payed money for travel

while coming back from Cal, we were charged 3200+250~3.5k of which i paid 1.5k

3.5 k is way above what i was told. The guy cannot charge you more than 3200..
