Travel Schedule for FEP

Hi everyone !

I guess we all have received emails from Schlums regarding our FEP schedules/ locations/ contacts/ travel details. We can be broadly classified into 3 groups for travelling purposes:

1. Barmer, Rajasthan

2. Mumbai/ Nerul/ Ahmedabad

3. Kakinada

You can find below our locations, and the travel Schedule for the ones going to Barmer. So, I would request 1 person from each of the other locations to post similar details regarding their flights so that we can book cabs to Kolkata. I shall do the booking for the group travelling to Barmer. We shall leave late night on 4th Feb for our early morning flight. The rest of the groups can connect with each other and make arrangements.

1 person who pays for the cab should keep the bill intact and it shall be reimbursed after the FEP, on completion of our return travel from Kolkata. I will keep u posted with that process. Please don't forget to a) Sign and scan the confidentiality agreement and b) Calling up your Field Champion

Arrival on 12th feb - 10.10 to Calcutta airport

The schedule is same for Nerul people afaik.

For Nerul:

Departure on 5th feb: 3:55 PM from Calcutta airport

Hi all !

Regarding FEP Travel - KGP to Kol Airport (5th Feb)

1) For Barmer and Kakinada groups - 2 Scorpios have been booked for 10 ppl. They will start from Nehru and SN respectively. Timing - 5th Feb 1:30 am sharp. You can contact me, Raghav - 9775551391 for any doubts regarding the same.

2) For Mumbai, Nerul and Ahmedabad groups - 1 Scorpio for 6 ppl will start from Patel. Timing - 5th Feb 11 am sharp. Contact Prateek - 9775551237 for any doubts regarding the same.

Please carry enough cash for your FEP. We shall have to pay for the cabs at present and the money shall be reimbursed later as discussed before.
