Mortgage Lending Underwriter

Job Deception
 Perform detailed underwriting analysis on conforming loans for both
credit and documentation deficiencies and determine marketability of
each loan
 Perform Analysis on Credit, Income, loan conditions, property
appraisal, public records, title, HUD for relatively riskier loans
than MLU 1
 Assist Mortgage Loan Production Managers in goal setting, appraiser
evaluations, training, etc
 Approves acceptable loans within delegated lending
authority.Education :
 Minimum high school education, some business school preferred and
prior work experience. Some computer experience helpful.

 Minimum 1 years of mortgage lending underwriter experience,
 Minimum 2 years of mortgage lending underwriter experience,
Required Skills
 1. Previous exposure to FHLMC/FNMA, FHA, and VA training sessions
 2. High on Analytical and decision making skills.
 3. Good verbal and written communication skills.
Location : Cary, NC
