Hi,

I've been trying to install Communicator and Navigator, but the message
"The decompression failed because there may not be enough free disk space
available in the TEMP directory" shows up when I try to install either
program.

Being a Mac person, I wasn't able to make a lot of sense out of the temp
folder I found in the C drive. Is it possible to increase the size of this
folder (presently at 38 megabytes) or to shorten the amount of time a file
stays in this drive?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Don,

The size of the temp directory is only limited by the total free
space available on your drive. If you have only 38Mb available in your temp
directory, THAT'S ALL THE FREE SPACE you have on your hard drive. Time to
think about deleting files or directories or programs you don't use, or
adding another or larger hard-disk. The message you are getting indicates
there is not enough free space available to create both the files required
during installation, and the program files.
