I tried to update my version 6 FreePBX system, which was running nicely and I should have left well enough alone, to Version 10. In the process, which seemed to complete OK, the system was hosed. I decided the best course of action was to just start over, so deactivated the old system, installed version 15 from scratch, reactivated and began configuring. Being a novice at this, I did not realize that CHAN_SIP had been replaced with CHAN_PJSIP, and after figuring that out, got phones to register, outbound and incoming dialing working. BUT this morning while working on the system, I realize that I had no audio in either direction, no ring indication on outgoing calls, internal calls rang and could be answered but no audio.

Some missing critical details such as whether there is a NAT device between the phones and the PBX, but my wild guess is that the Local networks and external IP are not set correctly in Settings, Asterisk SIP Settings.

Look in the Dashboard. You will see an notification recommending that you keep this setting disabled. When you make config changes to transports and binding in Asterisk SIP Settings, you need to restart asterisk. Easily done at the command line with:

So a load of Realtek downloads were pushed through via Windows Update this morning and upon checking the Windows Store app, a new version of OMEN Audio Control had also been installed. However, upon closer inspection I noticed certain settings missing from the last time I opened the app. Whether this change took place today or in an earlier version I cannot be sure.

EDIT: To make matters worse, I uninstalled OMEN Audio Control but can find nowhere to download it from now. Apparently it comes as part of the Realtek 'package'. The latest Realtek drives for my machine on the HP Support site, are from July and won't install as they're no longer compatible with my version of Windows 10! This is probably why HPSA doesn't show as anything yet available for my device either. Guys, this is ridiculous. I didn't spend 2.5 k for a machine to have this much hassle installing basic drivers.

Then you need to paste the microsoft store omen audio control link into the last link I gave you, when it is entered scroll down until you see the very last omen link which at the end it should say .appx at the end.

Now you want to right click and press open link in new tab and just paste the download onto your desktop if you want. When it's done just open it, and there will be an install option on the bottom right. And you should have omen audio control

I am new to Grasshopper. I am trying to draw a map as I study landscape architecture. I have downloaded the elk plugin (the latest) and after unblocking the files, I dropped them in the library folder. I restarted Rhino and GH and most of the components are missing. I only have one panel, the elk one, with 3 components inside.

If you look through my other stuff on Vimeo you'll run across a video that covers an older version (probably somewhere around 0.3) but I'm not sure it's a very helpful video. The version it shows has some outdated (non-existent) inputs to some of the components and there's no audio to explain what's happening as the video goes along.

Check to make sure you actually opened the most current file. Someone in our group had started a file but saved a "copy" to another folder. When they went to open it back up again their work appeared to be "missing". They were in fact in the OLD file version in a different location on our server.

That is my best guess for you anyway. I've never had anything disappear on its own while using Storyline. Usually if part of your work is missing, its due to accidently using the "undue" function too many times by accident.

Another option is to check for an earlier version of your file in the temp folders as if Storyline crashed before you had a chance to save that could have removed your audio.
Here's how to check:

2. Scan the contents of this folder for a file that starts with the name of your project. If you find one, copy it to your desktop. If you find more than one, copy the latest version to your desktop.

Some other good reminders when working in Storyline are to adhere to the best practices here, especially working locally. Working from a network/shared drive is known to cause odd behavior or missing pieces due to the latency of files syncing.
