tracking schevo development

I've fallen in love with Pivotal Tracker, have started using it for
other projects, and found it to be nice to work with for Schevo too.

So, Schevo development will now be tracked here:

In time, the schevo.org site will be gutted, revamped, and will
include such information, but I at least wanted the regular users to
be aware of this URL.
