Ignition test failure - back seat only

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has ever seen this behaviour..

When I do the run-up from the rear seat in my Arcus 2.0, the engine quits during the L-mag (ignition coil) selection both in AUTO and MANUAL modes.

When I do the run-up from the front seat, no issues besides the usual ~100 RPM drop on both the L and R mags. 

I have reproduced this several times. I checked the wiring to the rear ILEC and there are no apparent loose wires. 

Any ideas?
