Hello everyone,

I have a little issue I’m not able to fix in the “motor of my Arcus.

Sometime when I push the stater button for starting the motor, the propeller do not move at all.

I can “listen “ the contact switching on but the propeller do not move.

I tried to switch on the redundancy and one time the propeller after that was moving a little bit.

I put the redundancy off again and this time the propeller start.

Another time (is happening 2 times) I tried to move the propeller by hand and after this the propeller starts.

I don’t know if the problem could be related to the starter, to the starter relay or to the starter motor control or maybe something different.

Has ever happened somebody the same experience?

Thanks a lot all of you.

Paolo

Hi

We had a problem for some time ago, with the same symptoms.

The cause was the connector of the positive lead for the starter motor, where its attached on the starter motor.
It was loose internally in the starter motor, and making bad connection.
