Hello everyone,

I have incorporated set!-values and the letrec family into the
Procedural Fascicle. Daphne Preston-Kendal helpfully supplied
syntax-case implementations of the letrec family that check for errors.
Wolfgang Corcoran-Mathe has also helpfully supplied a test suite for the
letrec-values family.

With this I believe that the Fascicle draft is (finally) ready for a
public release. I ask that you read it and report any issues (minor or
major) to me, either through the mailing list or through the issue tracker.

https://florida.moe/r7rs/docbook/procedural-fascicle/

If there isn't any major issues by May 15th, I will release it on
r7rs.org. If you need more time, just ask. This will be a public draft
release, so we will still be able to revise it after it has been
advertised to the public.

Thank you everyone for the time you have put into the R7RS-Large effort.

Since dpk wanted to the group to discuss the inclusion of sample
implementations of some syntactic forms at the next meeting, I am
delaying the public release until after the next meeting.

That should be a simple decision to implement (remove the sections or
keep them) so whatever we decide we can release the draft shortly after.
