Dear all,

The next R7RS Large ballots – the Stygian Blue ballot on core language features (Foundations) and the Reddish Green ballot on standard libraries (Batteries) – are now open for voting!

Please submit your response here:
<https://surveys.nonceword.org/?r=survey/index&sid=242775&lang=en>

All Schemers are invited to participate. If you haven’t voted before, you can now register to vote as part of filling in the ballot. Also, if you are an implementer, please pay special attention to the first page so that we can count your vote correctly.

The ballots will be open until the end of 31 March 2025 anywhere-on-earth. Extensions to the deadline are possible in case of technical issues. (If you experience any problems, please report them to me and I’ll take a look. I’m trying out a new platform for ballots for the first time here.)

Results will be posted here shortly after the ballot closes.

Thanks!

Daphne

I'm concerned that the Reddish Green ballot doesn't allow comments.

Oh, bollocks.

This was an oversight.

Unfortunately LimeSurvey doesn’t allow adding more questions after activating the survey.

Let me try and find a workaround. Thanks for pointing this out

Okay, this is fixed. Thanks again for the report John.

I will email those who already submitted answers and ask if they want to add any comments on their responses to those questions.

Where can one read the ballot questions without the need to enter any information?

Thanks,

Marc

https://dpk.land/tmp/ballot1.pdf
https://dpk.land/tmp/ballot2.pdf

(Note the multiple-choice questions have the options shown in a randomized order for each voter; these static PDFs just show one such random order)
