I have just released the 9th draft of the R7RS-small specification at

The changes from the 8th draft are solely editorial; a summary may be found at
<http://trac.sacrideo.us/wg/wiki/EighthDraftEditorialCorrections>.
I expect that this draft will be used for the ratification plebiscite.
