New release 0.2

Hi, I'm pleased to announce a new release of Scheme for Max for both OSX and Windows.

v0.2 Beta adds: 

-Direct table, buffer, and dictionary input and output to Max objects

- Master transport integration, get and set transport controls 

- Scheduler and clock functions, including synchronization and quantizing with the master transport 

Releases are up for OSX and Windows, tested on High Sierra to Catalina, and Windows 10.
