Getting started and installation tutorials

Hi everyone, I put up some tutorials today to help new users get
started on Scheme For Max. I have a walk through of installation on
both OSX and Windows, and a beginner tutorial on first steps loading
code and running expressions in the interpreter. Feedback on the
videos is most appreciated, especially if you have any issues or find
any parts unclear. One issue is that I believe there is some security
code signing step on Catalina that I didn't encounter (as I'm not on
it), so if anyone installs on Catalina and can share what they had to
do, that would be wonderful.
