Not able to see custom , SDMS and user folder after installing Zope server in Schedulix 2.7

Hi Ronald,

We have insalled Zope 2 server and performed steps till below-

1.   Install the schedulix GUI components

 Zope installation has to be extended with several modules before the schedulix GUI components can be installed.

$ cd $HOME/schedulixweb

(Note: this schedulixwebfolder is responsible for Zope installation)

$ mkdir Extensions

$ cd Extensions

$ ln -s /retail/schedulix/zope/*.py .

$ cd ../Products

$ ln -s /retail/schedulix/zope/BICsuiteSubmitMemory .

$ cd ../import

 $ ln -s /retail/schedulix/zope/SDMS.zexp . 

$HOME/schedulixweb/bin/zopectl start

we are not able to see custom , SDMS and user folder.

Also, getting the below error but we do have SDMS file exists-

Site Error

An error was encountered while publishing this resource.

Error Type: BadRequest
Error Value: File does not exist: SDMS.zexp

Hi Saloni,

Did you follow the installation guide step by step ?

You have to import the SDMS.zexp using the Zope management interface and then follow the installation guide on how to copy the User and Custom Folder from SDMS/install.

Hi Dieter,

We have performed the below steps-

After that we are not able to see USers and custom folder in GUI. and getting below error after clicking on Import/Export-

Site Error

Hello,

as already said, please follow the installation guide instructions.
Seems that you already imported the SDMS.zexp and it should be visible in the management interface.
After that you have to copy the Custom and User Folder from SDMS/Install the folder SDMS resides in as stated in the installation guide.
