The requested filename doesn't match any of the configured patterns

When I check for the ERROR, when clicked on the ERROR icon in schedulix web interface it displays following message.
"The requested filename doesn't match any of the configured patterns".

I can successfully check the log, but error file display this message.

Any Idea? why this is occurring?
