The mitzvah of tzitzis is equal to all the mitzvos. When a Yid, even a child who has reached the age of chinuch, wears a tallis katan (tzitzis), he fulfills what is written וראיתם אותו וזכרתם את כל מצוות ה׳ ועשיתם אותם (“you shall see it and remember all Hashem’s mitzvos, and you shall do them”).
That is to say, the tzitzis katan – not only the mitzvah of tzitzis gadol – serves as a reminder. What’s more, it reminds [the person] and brings to the fulfillment of all of Hashem’s mitzvos. Moreover, this [brings about the same result] for every single Yid who sees the tzitzis.
