For Shevat:

The beginning of the day of each Yid, including a small child, is the saying "Modeh ani lefanecha…" Since he is taught in such a way that every matter of Yiddishkeit is applicable to him, this isn't something that is said with the lips alone, but, rather, in a way of "כל עצמותי תאמרנה" (all of my limbs will say) (Tehillim 35, 10), all of his body sways in saying "Modeh ani lefanecha."

(Hisvaaduyos 5751, vol. 4, p. 310)

For Adar:

When Haman rose and requested to wipe out and destroy the Jewish nation, besides requesting Esther to plead before Achashveirosh, Mordechai gathered Jewish children and learned Torah with themHe learned with them specifically halachos pertaining to the time that the Beis HaMikdash will be built. Chazal say that this is what annulled the decree of Haman.

This means that at a time of trouble, one of the main things that save the entire Jewish nation is the chinuch of children in the spirit of Torah and Yiddishkeit, and implanting the hope of redemption in their heartsThis transforms the situation into וליהודים היתה אורה ושמחה וששון ויקר (“The Jews had light and joy and gladness and honor.”).

(Likkutei Sichos, vol. 26, p. 446)
