Hi SCGIS-DC,

I hope that everyone is enjoying fall in DC! 

Please save the date for Wednesday, November 15 for a SCGIS-DC happy hour meetup to celebrate GIS Day! Time and location are still TBD-- stay tuned!

Also, I'd like to introduce the community to our SCGIS-DC co-leads, Vivian Griffey and Pui-Yu Ling, who have been helping to organize events. They will be leading November's happy hour, so please be on the lookout for their updates. I'm grateful for their assistance in helping to lead our chapter-- thank you, Vivian and Pui-Yu! We are looking forward to more fun DC chapter events ahead!
