Dear ACDOS Colleagues,

I hope everything is going on well at your end. In case you are planning to attend the IFAC Word Congress in Toulouse next month, please let me know. We can meet over there and discuss about how to enhance the activities of ACDOS and IFAC in India.

The main reason for writing this mail, however, is to let you know that we have a couple of project Associate/Assistant openings at the moment in IISc on a biomedical device development project. The project is on "Development of artificial pancreas for Type-1 diabetic patients of India". Its a control system centric project and is being executed jointly by three faculties of IISc (including myself) and two medical doctors from MSR medical college. I am looking for some bright and passionate student to work on this project as a project associate (after MTech) or project assistant (after BTech) for 1-2 years. The salary will be 30,000–33,000 INR p.m. for project associates and 22,000–24,000 INR p.m. for project assistants as per IISc norms. If you are aware of some good student, preferably from EE, ECE, IC and similar departments, please tell him/her to send his/her resume to me with your name as reference. The deadline for application will be 30-June-2017.
