Dear All,

We are gradually moving towards the normal functioning of our OPDs and related clinics. Depending on the load of each clinic, some of us have already been asked in the roster to come all 6 days and gradually will have others too with the requirement in their service areas.

I know as a team we all understand the process to go about it and how difficult it is to make a roster in such situations. 

We all value the contributions and services where as the first point of contact in the clinics each one of you has felt committed to serve the patients during this phase.

I personally request you all to co-operate with each other for any kind small gaps in posting days if you notice during this phase of unlocking our remaining service areas/OPDs. 

On the other hand will definitely feel happy in having the discussion or suggestions from each one of you for any gaps in postings to improve the team-work and services for our patients.
