First of all, let me take this opportunity to put on record my sincere gratitude to all SCEH family members for continuously putting up remarkable efforts and unwavering commitment in bringing back the operations on track during the post lockdown period. We have been able to create the momentum with sheer grit of all of us. Let us hope the present trend in the Pandemic shall continue and we are out of the crisis at the earliest.
We have been reviewing the situation and keeping in view of the current scenario, we feel that we are in a situation to provide some relief in the salary cuts across levels
The following changes would be applicable effective Oct 2020 salary payable on 1st November.

20% and with a ceiling that those employees having CTC post 20 % cut exceeds Rs 3,00,000 pm will only be paid Rs 3,00,000/- pm |
The members can approach their department heads through their immediate superior in case of any related queries
Based on the future cash flow situation we will review the salary cuts in due course.
I am confident that as an integral member of the SCEH family, we shall continue our spirits high with unwavering commitment to overcome this situation and make our systems more and more efficient towards patient satisfaction .
