With great pleasure, we would like to assure you that NSHM Knowledge Campus is celebrating its 25th Anniversary this year. On this great occasion, we are organizing a grand 11th International Conference e-NATCONPH 2021 to be held on 26th & 27th August 2021.
For your kind information, we are sharing a brief introduction about our institute.
NSHM Knowledge Campus is a group of Higher Education Institutes, with campuses in Kolkata and Durgapur, West Bengal. It is one of the Eastern India’s pioneering institutions providing multidisciplinary UG & PG programs in Business & Management, Health & Environmental sciences, Media & Design, Computing & Analytics and Engineering & Technology.
New Age degree programs in Robotics, AI & Machine learning, Digital Health, Cyber Security, Yoga, Fashion Design, Culinary Science, Public Health, Psychology and Medical Lab Technology have been added over the last five years to provide interested students an opportunity to learn and explore exciting career options in these emerging fields.
Every year we have driven initiatives to host eminent personalities from diverse fields to interact, empower and share their experiences with our students. “Inspire the Champion in You”, NSHM’s flagship annual event is one such platform, where diverse speakers ranging from Dr. Shashi Tharoor, MP to legendary footballer Pele have visited our campus and interacted with our students. Other events like Y-Comm and Login Astitva are also held annually to create platforms for students to showcase their talents.
To strengthen the knowledge sharing between the experts and the students, NSHM hosts a number of conferences throughout the year. Some examples are “Y-Factor”, NSHM’s International Media Conference having student paper presentations on “Media & Women”, “Creativity in the Digital Era” and “Media & Human Rights” and a Panel discussion on “Media at Crossroads: Censorship, Social Media & Fake News”.
NATCONPH, a Conference hosted by the School of Health Sciences that mainly focuses on the Industry Institute interactions. This annual conference has been conducted for the last 10 years. The theme of this year’s conference is “Research Advancement Resilience in the Pandemic Era: A Drive for Innovative Transformation”. This year, the conference will be conducted on a virtual platform that bypasses geographical barriers and introduces the privilege of knowledge sharing between eminent speakers and experts throughout the world.
