meeting tonight

Hello everyone,
 
Due to bad weather meeting tonight is canceled.
 
I will be taking calls from those who have specific questions between 6-6:30.
 
What we need from you all-
 
1. Please make sure you have ten friends coming to this event.  That is the most crucial thing everyone needs to focus on at this point.  Further, everyone who says they're coming, ask them to PLEASE find two other people to come with them.  This process repeats itself and is very effective.  You have to ask them to really get the effort from them on finding others to come, but if you ask people will help.
 
2. Items for Ladies tables- If you have a connection with a spa, restaurant, clothier, or anything else that ladies would like, please tap into it for a donation.  Nothing big here just small items that will add up.
 
3. YOUTH HUNT- we have 7 open spots.  Reply to Buford and I with youth's name, how many adults are attending/accompanying, and whether they're coming for dinner on Friday.  Details are not firm on this, but I believe 7pm dinner would be reasonable enough.  Hunting will be Saturday morning.  All located in Rimini, SC at Two Ponds Duck Club- really is first class.
