The access to the Exhibition Floor

The letter, SC12 Student Cluster Competition Update, says that only the teams and their mentors have access to the Exhibition Floor.
Does this mean that our coaches couldn't gain access to the floor?
Any reply would be appreciated.

Team mentor or coach is the same person. Basically: the students of the team and the one person who travels with them.

Except the mentor and the students, we have four coaches and two sponsor. Could they have the access to get in? or just the seven people, the mentor and the six students, could get in?
Because all of our team, including the mentor, students, coaches and sponsors, could have the access before. So I'm confused about this.
