Hi Stephanie,

Sorry for the delay in my reply. There is a work-in-progress user manual that
sits in the repository at docs/user_manual/quick_guide.tex. But this won't
provide the help you need on using VisIt. I had mentioned previously that you
can use VisIt to view the .h5 output files produced -- a "PFLOTRAN" .h5 file
is a supported input format. The documentation and tutorials that are
available at https://wci.llnl.gov/codes/visit/doc.html are quite good and much
better than anything we might produce and put in a PFLOTRAN manual.
