Hotel information available yet?

Did hotel information get sent yet?  I haven't seen one in my email and can't find it in my junk filter either.

Also, do we know yet what if any stipend will be available for food and transportation expenses?

Thanks so much, Doug!  One major problem for the BU/MGHPCC team:  the students' flight does not arrive in SLC until 4:01pm on Saturday, and my flight does not arrive until 10:37pm.  (Since we knew we would not have housing Friday night like we did last year, we had to buy the cheapest tickets we could that would get us to SLC on Saturday.)  So we realized would miss the meeting at 2pm on Saturday!  

Is anyone else also in this situation where they would have to miss the meeting???
