I think we have talked about DropBox in our meetings before but if you don't have it, you should. If you want to sign up and use this link: http://db.tt/icQLCuZI, they will credit my account with 500 MB of additional space. Initially you get 2 GB free which is plenty for most uses.

If you want to check it out first goto: dropbox.com

Here is what I like about DropBox:
1) It's ubiquitous - it works on PC, Linux machines, Macs, iPhone, iPad, Android, etc.
2) It integrates with the devices files system so anything that is in the DropBox is available on any of your devices.
3) It's like having all the capabilities of a  USB memory stick without having to carry the thing around with you and risking loosing it
4) It's encrypted so as long as you trust the company, your data should be secure
5) You can share parts of your DrobBox with other users of DropBox making it super easy to move and share files (limits imposed by email don't apply)
6) It only requires a connection to the Internet to synchronize. Once it's synced, you can use the contents locally without an Internet connection.

I seldom use an USB stick anymore and I've had no problems with it and I've used it on a number of different platforms.
