Dear SMC Friend: 


As the City of Somerville enters Phase 3 reopening during the COVID Pandemic, your Somerville Media Center is taking steps to  begin interacting with membership beyond virtual means.


Join us (virtually) for a Membership meeting next Wednesday, July 29th, 6 PM on a Zoom conference call to discuss the following topics:


  1. Covid 19 Protocols for SMC 

  2. Equipment Reservation / Check-out / Check-in Procedures

  3. Changes to Production Spaces 

  4. Production Space Reservations and Use Procedures

  5. Creative Solutions to “production hurdles”


SMC staff and Board members will be present on the call to engage and hopefully address any questions or comments you may have about the Phase 3 reopening plan.
