Charged Twice and No APP!!

My Visa was charged twice, and the app still did not install properly.
I also cannot download the sharing program for my PC from the website.
Is this a scam?

Very sorry about that, you are the second guy to have this problem. I
will be removing the app from Android Market until we can discover 1)
Why the app doesn't install on some phones, and 2) why Google is
charging twice for the same app.

The invoicing/refunding is entirely out of our control. If you can,
please try to uninstall the app right away, so Google does the 'free
trial' thing.

Thanks for your attention Mike.

Saw the other post - sounds similar problem to me. Don't know what phone he
has - mine's a Samsung GT-I9100, GINGERBREAD.BUKJ3.

Google charged me 4 times for the same app - even though it didn't install
at all. So can't uninstall it as it never installed in the first place.

Given up on a refund really, but would still like the Scatterslides app.
Please let me know if you ever fix it for Android and my phone.
