Hi people!

Good news! We finally seem to have enough tent space for everyone -
incl the ones that I havent got final confirmation from.. At the mo
we're 9 definites and 3 more still to make their minds up..

Ok..there are 2 girls going in a car but it seems like the rest of us
are taking the train. I suggest that we meet up in Charing Cross
station at 10:30 to take the 11 o clock train to Pluckley! Im not
normally taking the train from Charing Cross so not sure if theres a
Starbucks there but I know there is ONE coffeshop (just not sure which
one..) so lets meet up in/in front of that one? It shouldnt be too hard
to find me since Ill be roaming around with a red/blue backpack with a
tent on top...there cant be THAT many doing that at the same time....
IN CASE THERE ARE youve all got my number so you can just give me a
call to see which one of the campers pick up their phone.. :-)

About what to bring etc..yes we'll definitely need water etc but I
would assume that there must be a shop in this village? :) Wouldnt it
be the easiest to get our supplies form there? (Instead of carrying it
from London..water IS rather heavy :( )
Also - there has been some queries about toilets and showers. Well
since its a forest there wont be a toilet..but there will be plenty of
trees and bushes begging to be used (and then we can just use a plastic
bag for used toilet paper)! I know its not great but for one night I
think it could be done? A good idea is to bring facial wipes (for
makeup) and use them as an "alternative shower" (hey I didnt claim it
was great...:) Brushing our teath wont be a problem since its easy to
use a bottle of water instead of a tap..
Things like these normally tend to work out in the end.. If theres a
will theres a way, no?

Also...theres one guy from the meeting that said he was definitely
coming although we cant seem to remember his name...(SORRY ABOUT THAT!)
Hes form New Zealand and is working as a teacher.. if you read this,
please send me a text today/tonight to confirm if youre still coming..
:)

Finally..we DO still have a slight problem.. As one of you pointed out
youre not allowed to camp on someones land without permission.. We dont
have any - Ive tried to get in contact with this guy but without any
reply.. If you have any ideas please text me and let me know.
Personally Im sure we'll find a way..considering that its the
countryside there WILL be space for camping..and it seems like youre
able to enter the woods at any time? Id say the only thing we can do is
try to find him when we get there, but either way all we can do is
being optimistic and have a go! No?
As I said if you have any ideas, worries, questions etc etc - youve got
my number!

Also.. its a bit of an adventure! What would Lara Croft do? Do you
think James Bond would be defeated by a ranger on a horse? Not likely
;-D

PS..feel free to bring clever stuff as little lanterns..(one guy had a
"camping kitchen"?) nightvision googles..no limits really (one guy is
bringing an ouija board..but since Ive had vivid complaints from his
friend about this..haha..weve decided that can only be used well away
form the tents so that those who dont wanna be involved wont be
affected by angry spirits... :)

OK thats all I can think of for now...please note that I havent got
internet at home so if you need to get in contact with me use my
number...not email ;))

See you tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
