The 32 bit installer will install on 64 bit Debian if you:
unzip the downloaded zip file
cd to thenewly created sdme32 directory
su
<enter password>
dpkg --add-architecture i386
apt-get update
apt-get install libc6:i386
Then run the nosudo installer while you are still in a root session.
log out and back in
as your normal user, not as root
make a home directory for qm if you want a directory separate from your Linux home directory.
cd to your desired home directory if appropriate
issue the 'qm' command
You will be prompted to create the files necessary in your home directory
Answer 'y'
You will be at the ScarletDME colon prompt
