I have started a port here
nextjob/winqmclilib: Windows port of qmclilib (github.com)
Not all the functions are there yet, but it
"should" be a copy and paste from qmclilib.c.
I used
C++ Builder ver 11.3 CE for the port. someday I want to take another crack at it with
MSVC.
