Has anyone tried compiling the qmclilib source on Windows as a dll?

It would be great to be able to access a Linux ScarletDME server from a Windows programming language.

I have started a port here

Not all the functions are there yet, but it "should" be a copy and paste from qmclilib.c.

I used C++ Builder ver 11.3 CE for the port. someday I want to take another crack at it with MSVC.
