Hi,

I've ported scardf to sbt and scala 2.10. And updated to specs2 in the process.

Of the 86 unittests  84 pass. So there are 4 failing unittests.

Can anybody tell me whether these pass on the non-ported scardf?

Is there any interest in this port?

gr,
Joost

Ok. Tx Hrvoje.
So some stuff broke by the scala 2.10 move and needs to be fixed.

Is there any interest in this change? You're welcome to have it.

I'd be quite interested in this change.  I might be interested in seeing scardf on GitHub or git something or other, too...

Leif, Hrvoje,

You can find the ported code here https://github.com/joost-de-vries/scardf

My first priority was to get it working. So I haven't ported all metadata about scardf from the pom file to the sbt build. So that still needs to be done.

regards,
Joost

I guess scardf is basically dead.
Too bad about my effort in porting it.
I guess I'll have a look at bananardf

Not dead, just... resting?  :/

Thanks for this!

I applied what was in that repo to a git svn import of Hrvoje's repo, so we see what the changes were, and preserve the history.  I pushed the results to
https://github.com/LeifW/scardf

If you google for "scardf" a couple other repos on GitHub come up, including:
https://github.com/lichtsprung/scardf
Where he's basically doing the same thing: Porting to scala 2.10, and SBT.
I vote we move the canonical repo to GitHub, so we can leverage GitHub's tracking of forks of projects - that way it'd be easier for people to discover each other's work on this?

Also, the project can be both SBT and Maven at once - that's what we do at work. The build.sbt and pom.xml don't interfere with each other.  One can even be generated from the other.
