I have expanded it to install the programs you select, which is a bigger selection than ninite. The classic debloat is there, but also includes a tweaks section with quality of life features. There are four main parts of this utility but I can expand this to an infinite number of tabs if expansion is needed and will probably happen in the future. As of the writing of this article there is 4 main parts: install, debloat, features and old panels, and windows updates. Let me breakdown what each part does and what you should use.
Debloating windows is always a moving target and there are many utilities out there. Many of them are too heavy handed in my opinion. I have just clean installed Windows 11, coming from 10. I'm wondering if I should install all the basic programs with WinUtil tool (alongside tweaks) without going for Ninite. The tool worked flawlessly for Windows 10 and I just want to confirm the same for 11.
Is there a tool that will show me what applications are writing to the hard drive in real time? I'm thinking something like Task Manager but for I/O. I've got a number of background processes running, and can never tell when Visual Studio is holding everything up, or some other process is hogging the disk (especially when the processor is running at less than 20%).

I have a CompactFlash card that is used in a custom piece of hardware. WAV files are written to it. Windows doesn't recognize the media and wants to format it, which rules out FAT 16/32, NTFS, UDF, etc. Is there a Windows tool that can determine what filesystem the media is using and possible read the contents?
Since it is a custom piece of hardware I'm guessing it is using an open source filesystem. Burn an Ubuntu LiveCD, reboot your computer from it, then see if the CF card mounts. If it does, you can use Ubuntu to figure out what the filesystem is and if there are programs on windows that read it. If there aren't, you can always just use Ubuntu to transfer from the CF to your NTFS windows hard drive.

When I use the synchronize windows function, and start to manually draw an ROI, there is no problem. Also, if I would like to update the ROI by holding down the shift key and drawing a second shape, I can get two ROIs to be shown, (although the first ROI sometimes gets messed up in this step). However, if I continue and would like to add a third shape, the first ROI drawn is lost. Only the two most recent ROIs can be kept.
It is true that I could add several ROIs one by one to the manager and then combine them, and then delete the ROI from the manager afterward, but I am curious if there is something I am missing about the sync windows that would be a better/simpler solution.

The Windows deployment tool windeployqt is designed to automate the process of creating a deployable folder containing the Qt-related dependencies (libraries, QML imports, plugins, and translations) required to run the application from that folder. It creates an installation tree for Windows desktop applications, which can be easily bundled into an installation package.
The tool can be found in QTDIR/bin/windeployqt. It needs to be run within the build environment in order to function correctly. When using Qt Online Installer, the script QTDIR/bin/qtenv2.bat should be used to set it up.
windeployqt takes an .exe file or a directory that contains an .exe file as an argument, and scans the executable for dependencies. If a directory is passed with the --qmldir argument, windeployqt uses the qmlimportscanner tool to scan QML files inside the directory for QML import dependencies. Identified dependencies are then copied to the executable's directory.
Remember that if your application depends on compiler specific libraries, these must still be redistributed along with your application. You can check which libraries your application is linking against by using the depends tool. For more information, read the Application Dependencies section.
To deploy the application, we must make sure that we copy the relevant Qt DLLs (corresponding to the Qt modules used in the application) and the Windows platform plugin, qwindows.dll, as well as the executable to the same directory tree in the release subdirectory.
