Hi guys, is there any way I can save my output in either as image or PDF?

When you run batch processing on the Output stage, Scan Tailor writes TIFF files to the output directory, the one you select when creating a project. You'll have one TIFF file per page. You'll have to find some other software to build a PDF out of them.
