Windows Binaries

Could some one please create Windows Binaries for the latest sources? The latest Windows binaries version is 0.9.11.1, and was released on February 27, 2012.

Being the original developer of Scan Tailor I certainly know how to build it on Windows, yet I no longer have the build environment set up for it. Given that I retired from Scan Tailor development, spending half a day on setting the build environment up doesn't sound like something I want to do. However, if anyone else is willing to invest his time in getting that build done, or even better setting up an automated build system on AppVeyor, I would be willing to assist by answering any questions. The build process is documented here:
