Pokemon Yellow was an amazing chance for players to dive into the story of Ash Ketchum. Having a Pikachu as your starter pokemon and facing off against Jessie and James along the way really made you feel like the main character in a story, not just some random pokemon trainer.
The main changes bring us an updated storyline centered around the mysterious masked man and a phenomenon known as omega evolution. As the main character, you have a rare ability to omega evolve your pokemon, a process that is similar to mega evolution but is permanent.
Pokemon Blaze Black and Pokemon Volt White are hacks of Pokemon Black and White, respectively, that takes the classic ROM hack approach of adding in more pokemon and leaving most everything else the same.
Probably the most exciting difference from the original game are the time-based encounters that take full advantage of the DS clock. Not only do we get some nocturnal pokemon thrown into the mix, we get diurnal too, shout out to all my biology nerds.
Well, what if we brought those pokemon, the story, and all of the trainers and brought them into a beloved region? Well, then you get Pokemon Moon Black 2, a ROM hack that does an amazing job of merging existing plots to create a truly compelling storyline.
Decidueye I think has a case for B - the combination of feather dance and u-turn makes it a pretty effective slow pivot, and while it's not as generically powerful as some of the other B tier pokemon, there's not much else that can replace it within its particular niche.
hella text wall so I'm not gonna respond to anything specific, but one thing you're sorely missing here is that neutralities are often NOT enough in Reborn. many major battles will have you up against trainers abusing powerful field effects that supercharge STAB moves to levels that most pokemon cannot handle. in the earlygame you can potentially offset this by overleveling/evolving but past Shelly you aren't given much room for that. Arcanine in theory should have an excellent matchup against Shade with its great mixed bulk, Intimidate, recovery and ability to hit back super-effectively with Crunch, but in practice it gets overwhelmed very quickly by field-boosted STAB ghost moves.

no se puede subir nivel solo ganar experiencia pero tambien entiendo que esto es costoso porque habria que añadirle que a tal nivel y tal pokemon aprendiera tal skill y tambien que subieran los stats
Por lo que veo es muy buen homebrew y si se incluye el modo online pues :D si consigues hacer que el juego te pueda durar unas 100 horas y si puedes añadir todos los pokemons mejor aun todavia si puedes incluye a Missigno creo que si lo pones no se va a joder la partida como en todos los pokemons oficiales suerte y sigue asi cuando este completo me lo bajare segurooooooo!!
