cannot build a server in scalr 3.5

Hi,

I have started from scratch in 3.5 and I want to build my own server but I cant...

it's says that the server is rejecting my public key...

I removed the 

SCALR-ROLESBUILDER KEY

and let scalr recreate it but still no go... i tried with centos and ubuntu 12.04 and no go
