scalarizr.handlers Message: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xa0' in position 312: ordinal not in range(128)

Hi,

I have got some issue after upgrade scalr to 4.0

First - apache2 lost all vhosts configuration, and I got next Sys logs in console:

Cannot decrypt message. error: wrong final block length; raw message:

/scalarizr.messaging.p2p.consumer Message consumer protocol filter raises exception: Cannot decrypt message. error: wrong final block length; raw messa

And when I tied to create new instance it was failed with:

Caller: /scalarizr.handlers

Message: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xa0' in position 312: ordinal not in range(128)

What could be an issue here?

Just to update - this happens when new apache server is fired and scalr trying to configure assigned vhosts on it.

was something wrong with vhost - recopy paste data into fields and reupload certs.

Or maybe after upgrade  from 3.5 to 4.0 went something wrong as it was ok on 3.5

Just FYI that could be an issue after upgrade
